Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude Written Test to be conducted (Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Preliminary Communication Round (To be conducted by NVL | Optional Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, have to attend the process in Day 02.
Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Online Test on AutoCad 2D & 3D skills
Step 06: Technical & HR Interview (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
