Code : Trainee – Inside Sales

External title :  Inside Sales Representative

Positions :  3

Location :  India – Bangalore, Mangalore

Target Markets :  North America, Asia Pacific, EMEA

Reporting :  Senior Inside Sales Manager

Primary Role is to support Senior Inside Sales Manager & assisting in achieveing

Inside Sales organisations goals and objectives including but not limited to:

 Building Account and Contact Database

 Getting appointments

 Generatting Market Interest

 Co-ordinating Meetings

 Supporting Event Campaigns

 Supporting Sales Opportunity and Closure

Key Responsibilities:

 Preparing contact list per the focus market segment / target account list

 Research on internet, linkedin, websites, outbound calling the main line etc.

for account and contact profile, phone, email & social media details etc…

 Sending mass emails to target accounts and contacts with white paper briefs

and sending white papers to respondee’s.

 Working on short-term campaigns via emails, phone to support internal

events in getting interest from target accounts & contacts, follow-ups and

confirmation.

 Timely update on Salesforce and keep CRM up-to- date with all accounts,

contacts & related activities (call/ interaction logs, follow-ups, documents

etc.) on real-time basis

 Others as required & defined towards achieving Inside Sales goals &

objectives

Candidate Profile Requirements:

 Excellent verbal and written communications

 Excellent presentation skills

 Excellent PC skills including use of Search Engines, LinkedIn, Social Media

platforms

 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

 Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies will be an

advantage

 Familiarity with with Unified Communication (UC), Collaboration, VoIP,

Contact Center (IVR & CTI) etc. would be an advantage

 High Adaptability – Able to fit into the team as well as organization structure

and culture easily

 Strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results

oriented

 Highly proficient computer skills including internet, email, MS Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, LinkedIn and experience using Salesforce.com / any other CRM,

Outbound Dialer, Email Marketing tools would be an added advantage.

 BA/BS/BBM/MBA degree or equivalent

 Working according to target market time zone incl. USA, Asia Pacific and

EMEA
