Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by NextGen Ventures.
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Written Test to be conducted by NextGen Ventures. (Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Interaction (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Day 02: At Pooled Campus Venue: We will inform in due time.

Step 04: Telephonic Round (Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, have to attend a Telephonic Round to be conducted by company officials from their Mumbai Office | Elimination Round)
Day 03: At Strata Geosystems (India) Pvt. Ltd.’s Mumbai Office:
Shortlisted candidates from Day 02 (Telephonic Round), have to attend the further process at Strata Geosystems (India) Pvt. Ltd.’s office.
Venue/Address: Sabnam House, Plot No. A – 15/16, Central Cross Road B, Behind MIDC, Andheri (E), Mumbai – 400093. India.

Step 05: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 06: Personal Interview – Technical (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Personal Interview – HR (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 08: Declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Note: Candidates shortlisted from Step 04 (Telephonic Round ), will have to attend the further process (Step 05, 06 & 07) at Strata Geosystems (India) Pvt. Ltd’s Mumbai Corporate office and on selection, their To and Fro 2nd class train fare will be reimbursed after joining on production of train tickets. In case of rejection their train fare will be settled immediately on production of tickets
