Position: Service Desk Engineer

Location: Mangalore, Chennai, Pune

Below JD:

 Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat

for customer’s end users ·

 Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff. ·

 Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware /

software / network problem resolution.

 Administer and provide User account provisioning.

 Use the Incident Management System to document and manage problems and work requests

and their respective resolutions and circumvention's.

 Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users; Assign

work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.

 Respond to, and diagnose, problems through discussions with users, including problem

recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps;

 Provide level 1 remote desktop support and perform other activities based on SOPs . Perform

user account management activities Escalate complex

Eligibility Criteria –

SSC + 3 Years of Polytechnic Diploma :- (Experienced /Fresher’s can also apply)

HSC + 3 Years of Polytechnic Diploma :- (Experienced /Fresher’s can also apply)

Graduation   – any Stream :-  (Experienced /Fresher’s can also apply)

  1. Tech/ B.E. Fresher’s are eligible :- (2015 /2016 pass-out

For current year:-

  •         We can look for candidates who are awaiting their final semester / last year results
  •         For B.E./B. Tech 2016 candidates:- aggregate percentage till 7th Semester should not

exceed 55%

 Candidates with excellent communication skills

 Should be interested towards working for a Voice based global IT Helpdesk work

environment

 Ready to work in 24/7 work environment, mostly evening and night shifts

 2 weekly offs, any two days of the week

 Job role: Problem and Incident Management from Tech support standpoint.

Level 1

Fresher – 180000/- (per month INR 10,800/- in hand 12,900 with incentives)
