Job Overview:
Entry level position to be hired in Support Services, Technical Resolution Group (TRG). The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, investigating & resolving technical incidents in IT Services including Networking (Router & Switches), Security (Firewall), Unified Communications (VOIP) etc.
