Kreatio is a boutique software company based out of Bangalore, India. We provided serviced software platforms to digital publishers. We have clients in every continent on the globe, excluding Antartica. We are a young company that works on a host of cutting edge technologies and frameworks to deliver our products and services.
1) JD:- We are looking for fresh Engineering and Management graduates from all streams excepting finance. Engineering graduates looking for management (non- coding) roles or management graduates looking for coding roles may also apply
All fresh recruits undergo initial training and a 6 month probation. The training is mostly on the job. Upon completion of training, designations are Software Engineer and Executive, respectively.
Developers in Kreatio are full stack developers. That is they work on a range of technologies to deliver the end product, and not just one. Developers could be placed in new product development, Client deployment, Quality Assurance or Devops amongst other roles.
Management graduates are placed in Client management, product management or content marketing functions.
2) Salary details: CTC, and deductions:- Fresh Engineering / Management graduates are offered a salary of INR 350000 per annum. Only deductions that apply are standard deductions, that is Professional tax (Rs. 200 per month), PF and Income Tax, if applicable
3) Designation of the selected students.:- B.E,. B.Tech,. designated as Trainee- Software Engineer and MBA selected student designated as Trainee- Executive. (B.sc computer science and BCA Junior developer ctc- 2 lakhs for)
