Job Description – Marketing Strategist

As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for supporting multiple brands with their offline and

online marketing strategies and execution. You will also support content creation, repurposing and

distribution, press engagements and events.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and support creative strategies for PR and Content Marketing for internal usage and for

clients.

 Take ownership of accounts and lead the execution of marketing strategies.

 Liaise with various internal team members and client employees to ensure brief is addressed

and client expectations are met or surpassed.

 Analyze the success /failure of projects and develop recommendations for course

correction/improvement.

 Assistance in Press conferences and media interaction.

 Identify issues with client accounts and act upon them after consulting internal managers.

 Drive growth of accounts and find new projects.

 Ensure that creative standards remain high.

 Event Support.

Minimum Requirements:

 Sound understanding of Branding, Marketing and Public Relations.

 Excellent communications skills.

 Writing experience (in any capacity).

 Ability to craft and repurpose content on various domains depending on requirements.

 Strong time management and organizational skills.

 Flexibility in terms of coordinating daily business and working on multiple projects

simultaneously.

 Flexibility in terms of dynamic work timings.

Ideal Candidate:

 Strong understanding of brands, building personas, how individuals engage with content.

 Track and measure success of press and digital activations against sales.

 Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office.

 Ability to establish and maintain contacts (with online and traditional press).

 Strong creative skills and attention to detail.

KPIs:

 Quality of created content.

 Positive reviews from clients.

 Timely execution of integrated marketing plans for each assigned brand.
