The designation we are hiring is “Associate Consultant”.
Job description :
- Manage Arkieva’s support portal to ensure smooth flow of tickets
- Responsible for addressing customer requests and aim to reduce overall pending requests
- Resolving problems in a timely manner while ensuring customers are kept informed of progress
- Ensuring that all aspects of our customers’ Service Level Agreements and Support Agreements are fully met
- Working with consultants, hosting admins, customer IT Specialists, and business users to resolve the problem
- Following up with customers to ensure problems were resolved and/or recommending further action to ensure non-recurrence
- Performing daily administration functions on applications used by customers on a daily basis
- Develop and present proactive system health reports
- Participate in on-call duties rotation, after hours environment maintenance
- Provide detailed documentation on all tickets

- Interested and good in Logical reasoning
- Knowledge in Supply chain management
- Knowledge in SQL and Relational Database
- Has drive to solve Statistical and Mathematical problems
- Good written and oral communication skill
- Quick learner
Criteria: CGPA 5.8 and above, open to all branches
Package: 3.5 and above.
