Designation: Technical IT support Engineer
· BE/ BTech,/BCA/BSC IT Simple Graduates with computer knowledge can be considered
· CTC:2.28LPA + free cab facility + allowances of 400/day will be paid overall 23/month
· Should be flexible with 24*7 environment.
· NP 60 days ( If resource Resign)
· Minimum 18 months of tenure with supporting performance data and no behavioral issues can make someone eligible to be converted to FTE per the policy.

Requirements
Role Description :
· Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.
· Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running.
· Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
· Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
· Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
· BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
· Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
