Job Profile : Implementation and Support Engineer
Responsibilities : As an Implementation & Support team member, you will be responsible for:
Implementations of our product across different client locations within domestic and international locations
Provide Technical Support and solutions for clients on real time basis
Ensure fast and efficient client implementations with a positive and professional client experience
Guide client throughout implementation to ensure best possible setup and best practice
Package & Compensation:
Salary Package: Rs. 1.8 Lakhs per annum CTC
Performance incentives: Per-diem on daily basis above the expenses for implementation
As a fresher, you will be receiving hands on experience on Implementation of a product following the industry standard and trained under senior professionals.
Travel to client locations on regular basis for better exposure.
