They have requirements for international voice and non-voice processes for the BPO business. For the year 2017-18, they have visited 28 colleges across Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu from where they have recruited 1000 students.
Currently, they have more than 2000 requirements to be fulfilled from campus. They have no percentage criteria for their hiring and encourage people with backlogs to apply as well.
