JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Financial Analyst (Full Time)
Location Navi Mumbai
Job Description This is an opportunity for individuals looking to launch their career in Mortgage
Banking Industry. Eligible candidates would be provided an opportunity to work in
Company’s Core Departments, such as:
• Pre-Risk Analysis
• Risk Analysis Quality Control
• Doc Drawing
• Funding Audit
o Assessment of risk associated with complex financial products
o Analysis of key documents such as title reports, appraisals,
income and asset statements
o Assist clients in making better credit decisions
o Audit the work completed by Loan Setup, Pre-Risk Analysis and
Risk Analysis teams
o Review of loan decisions by Risk Analysts
o Provide feedback to Risk Analysts
o Verify system for accuracy of information
o Review of documents prepared by systems to ensure accuracy
o Reconcile fees in system with Settlement Statement
o Prepare final legal documents required for closing a mortgage
o Ensure that all loans are funded in compliance and without any
defects or quality control issues
o Verification of loan documents to ensure that the loan is in
compliance with Federal, State and Investor guidelines
• Hedging Analysis
o Assist Capital Markets team in managing financial risk
o Daily audit of loans locked to ensure only active loans are hedged
o Sales reporting to the hedging vendor

Openings are for both Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) as well as Night Shift (8.30
PM to 5.30 AM). Please note that these are fixed shifts and we have no rotational
shifts.
• Post Graduate (Finance) with 0-5 years of experience
BE-All branch,No cut off
• Must be a quick learner, responsible and able to handle tasks
independently
• Proficiency in communication (both written & verbal)
• Good analytical skills
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Mumbai
