This year, TCS Campus Test Process will be administered as part of the National Qualifier Test (NQT) conducted by TCS iON, our Official Test Partner. The NQT Score secured by a student would be considered for the TCS Campus Hiring Process.
- TCS Campus Hiring for YOP 2021 is open for all Engineering Disciplines B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc.
- Registrations are open on NQT Portal until 17th October 2020 ( https://learning.tcsionhub.in/hub/national-qualifier-test/ ) for NQT scheduled on 24th/25th/26th October 2020
- Students are required to register on NQT Portal to get their Registration Number
- Post registration, students could be batched on any of the above dates for taking up the NQT
- To be considered for TCS Selection Process, candidates must register at the TCS Next Step Portal ( https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/ ), specifying the NQT Registration number
- After the NQT, TCS Applicants’ NQT Score will be taken from TCS iON
- Basis the NQT Score, the shortlisting for next round will be decided
- TCS Applicants’ who are toppers from NQT will be further given a chance for TCS Digital Selection Process
· CTC Details: UG à3.36 LPA + 60K one time Performance based incentive (3.96LPA); PG à 3.53 LPA + 60K one time Performance based incentive (4.13LPA)
· Registration start date: 25th Sept, End date : 17th Oct.
TCS Ninja Hiring Application Process:
The application process for TCS Ninja Hiring comprises of the below mandatory steps:
STEP 1: Register for the entrance/aptitude test on the National Qualifier Test (NQT) website

Under ‘Subject NQT Test’ section in the NQT registration form, add ‘Programming Test’ to ensure your candidature is considered for TCS Ninja Hiring.
STEP 2: Navigate to TCS Next Step Portal (& read below points)

Points to note:
i) If you(Student) do not have CT/DT reference ID, please click on “Register Now”, choose “IT” and proceed as appropriate.
ii) If you(student) already have a CT/DT reference ID then please click on Login and proceed to fill/submit the application form. Upon submission you would be prompted to the “Apply For Drive” screen.
iii) Update your(student) NQT Registration Number obtained in Step 1 and click on Apply.
iv) In the Track Your Application menu the status should be updated as “Applied for Drive”.
Important:
i) If you (student) are a 2021 YOP (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA) and if you have submitted the application form, click on “Apply for drive”, update your NQT registration number in the Text box provided and click on “Apply”
ii) If your (student) status is registered please fill/submit the application form and click on “Apply for drive”, update your NQT registration number in the Text box provided and click on “Apply”.
iii) You (student) can also track your application – the status should be mentioned as “Applied for drive”
