Sogefi Group will follow the following “Selection Procedure” while recruiting the candidates:
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Written Test to be conducted by NVL. (Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Discussion/Verbal Communication Round
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, have to attend the process in Day 02.
Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Technical & HR Interview to be conducted by Consus Consulting Group. (Elimination Round)
Step 06: The final results declaration.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
