Salary Details:
Training Period
1st Month from the date of joining No Pay (Training)
Probation Period
2nd and 3rd month CTC of Rs. 1,80,000 per annum
Salary upon Confirmation
Gross Salary For UG:
CTC of Rs. 3,50,000/- per annum
Fixed Salary :
Up to Rs.2,16,000/- per annum
Variable Pay :
Up to Rs.1,34,000/- per annum which will be
calculated half yearly as incentives on
meeting the targets provided to you

 Constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques, and help in
enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational
initiatives
 As the face of the organization, you will also help in building the brand of the
company in the industry, vendor and customer community which also includes
maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
Competencies and Skills Required:
 Communication skills are the key to Sales. Good commands over English language,
ability to speak fluently and write correct English are the basic requirements for this
profile.
 A clear voice, fluency and correct pronunciation along with strong grasp on grammar
and words in English language.
 Good interpersonal skills coupled with thorough understanding of product, market
and customer.
 Ability to understand client’s needs and present solutions
