Semnox drive on 9th October 2019 at Sahyadri

Dear All,
Semnox  has preponed their visit to Sahyadri to 9th October 2019, to conduct a pool campus drive. 
Colleges who have not shared the database, kindly send the same by 4.00 PM tomorrow (26th September 2019).

1.       Software Development

·         Stream – CS, IS, MCA

·         Eligibility – 65% for past semesters

·         Job Description –

                                                               i.      Programming in Dot Net (C#) and Sql Server DB

                                                             ii.      Design and testing

                                                            iii.      Code version management

                                                           iv.      Working with third party integrators on case by case basis

·         Skills –

                                                               i.      Object Oriented concepts and SQL Server DB

                                                             ii.      Strong Communication, Analytical and Inter personal skills

2.       Support & Implementation

·         Stream – E&C

·         Eligibility – 65% for past semesters

·         Job Description –

                                                               i.      Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

                                                             ii.      Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

                                                            iii.      Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

                                                           iv.      Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers, Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

·         Skills 

                                                               i.      An ability to assess each customer/employee’s IT knowledge levels

                                                             ii.      Ability to deal with difficult callers

                                                            iii.      Good analytical and problem solving skills

                                                           iv.      An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using

                                                             v.      Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
