The above is the fixed pay, they will be getting incentives which is extra.
Job Description –
Reporting to JD OMNI Sales & Marketing Head the incumbent will be responsible for
1. Acquisition of new clients, partners and customers.
2. Retention and up-gradation of sales channel.
3. Sales management for assigned city / region.
4. Strategic planning and Executing.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for strategic planning to increase the customer bases and the growth of sales.
2. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team
through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
3. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining
processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing
business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
4. Responsible for managing & developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense
controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout
Bangalore & Pan India.
5. Based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales
effort, realistic costs; and sales promotion programmed plans.
6. Planning for promotional and marketing for branding and offline events.
7. Responsible for their planning, direction, organization and control of sales and sales to
accomplish specific objectives.
8. Responsible for monitoring the performance of their sales by establishing a system of reports
and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings.
9. Personally observe asses their own performance of sales in the field with their given targets on a
regular basis.

Prefer someone who has at least 1-2 years of telemarketing experience, but
willing to consider superstars with less
