Internship Program:
Duration: 3 months
Position: Sales Intern
Ø Eligibility criteria:
Students who will clear graduation in 2019
Ø Program Details:
v Internship Program will be for 3 months.
v During the internship, interns will be provided with soft targets of agent recruitment and business.
v Interns to maintain daily performance diary and send monthly reports to TL / Mentor & ZHR.
v Monthly review on performance will be done by TL / RH & HOD.
v Improvement plan & feedback to be shared to the Interns based on their performance.
v Post completion of 3 months program, the intern will be required to share a report on his learnings.
Ø Profile Expectations:
v To be able to analyze potential and identify prospective Agents.
v To be able to establish and progress Business relationship while recruiting agent.
v To be able to assist the agents to deliver as per the expected business.
v To fulfill the targets assigned along with the support of the TL assigned.
