Tech Novice Solutions, Mysore is visiting Sahyadri to conduct a recruitment drive on the 2nd of May 2019.

With our profound experience over the decades this new venture of ours aims to address the  Technical Skill Gaps of today’s young aspiring Engineers. Considering various factors that have been talked about over  the years time and above, our aim is to provide the real time solutions for those  wanting to be part of the IT  Industry. Our holistic approach towards grooming the fresh engineers aims at making them employable either with some of the required technologies and  Cutting Edge Technologies of IT industry today.

Our training modules would be on
1. Microsoft .Net Technology
2. Programming with Python

3. Programming with Java/J2EE
4. Software Testing
5. Networking

All four modules are independent and a candidate could opt for either one of the above. It would be exhaustive training sessions with real time scenario based examples with live coding exposure. With more than 80% of the sessions would be practicals with minimum of two projects a candidate is likely to obtain the skills required to be employable on the technology and be productive from day one.

The training is of 4 months full time programme (8 hours module daily), which we expect to simulate industry exposure from day one for cultural fitment of the candidates as they migrate from College to Corporate.

The placements would be the integral part of this training program. Our previous batch candidates are working with Cenduit, Wipro, Theorem, SLK, Panacea Medical Technologies, Excelsoft, SoftVision, Utthunga Technologies, First American etc.

The process for the drive would be as follows
1. Orientation                         30 Mins
2. Written Test(Aptitude)         45 Mins
3. Face to Face Interview(for those selected in the  written test)

1. Top 3 selected candidates will avail 100% discount on fees.
2. Next 5 Candidates would avail 30% discount of the training cost
