The Indian Navy is proposing to start the Campus Pool Selection Drive for Karnataka with effect from 21 Aug 17. You must be glad to note that we have shortlisted your college for Campus pool drives. The date is given below.

Concept of Operation. We are looking at a “Pool Campus” concept and the location/ venue has been chosen with an aim to minimize travel for the student community to reach the venue. The team would like to interact with the faculty and call on the Principal/Director/ Chairman, as the case may be, during the day, as mutually convenient.
Initial Address/Presentation. The plan of action would be to commence on 03 Oct 17about 0900 H (09:00 AM) with an address and an audio-visual presentation to the aspiring candidates at a suitable auditorium at the College for all the candidates. The hosting college may permit, junior batches, interested in knowing the Indian Navy, also to attend, based on the capacity at the venue. We would need a PA system, PC with audio/ video projection, a rostrum at the auditorium.
Selection Process. The Selection process would involve a group discussion on selected topic of contemporary interest followed by face-to-face interaction. The candidates would be graded according to their performance during the day.
