Skills and Qualifications
> · Experience with lead generation and prospect management
> · Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
> · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Academic Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, BBA, BCA. (Any graduate)
Eligibily Criteria:- Students with CGPA above 6 are allowed. Any candidates with Active Backlogs are not eligible.
> Salary: ₹300,000.00 to ₹5,00,000.00 /year +Incentives(No Capping) + OLA(30K/Month)*

Direct Sales Role
CTC: Initial Rs 4 Lakhs*.
For the first Three months: Rs. 4 Lakhs [ Fixed pay + Monthly Incentive
+ Quarterly Incentive + OLA Money for Travel Purpose]
*Based on the first three month’s performance, the sales person will be promoted to one
of the three grades which are mentioned below, and the sales person would be entitled
for the below mentioned salary scales:-
Grade 1: Sales person gets a fixed salary of Rs. 7-8 Lakhs.
Grade 2: Sales person gets a fixed salary of Rs. 6-7 Lakhs.
Grade 3: Sales person gets a fixed salary of Rs. 5-6 Lakhs.
*Initial 10 days of training will be in Bangalore and then the candidates will be
relocated to the respective locations for which they have been hired.
