We have an urgent requirement with our company for the profile of Customer Relations
Location: Across various Service Centers in Mumbai
CTC: 12,000 per month take home
1) Handling the customer query/ grievances.
2) Developing relationship with premium clients, thus enhancing the business.
3) Understanding the customer query and accordingly look forward for its resolution.
4) Allocation of onsite calls to the engineers.
5) Revert to the clients (Happy Calling), thus confirming the service.
6) Should deal with the team and management and come up with ways to better the
7) Focusing on the CSAT & identifying the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on the same.
8) Need to maintain certain reports such as Happy Calling Report and Apple Report.
