We would be hiring for the below mentioned requirement:
Technical Support (Voice & Non-voice):
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues that customer experience with their web hosting plans and services
- Provide technical support for level-one escalation issues via help desk
- Excellent written and verbal communication in the English
- Typing skills : 30 words per minute
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providegreat service
- Reliable to work in rotational shifts
- Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
