Appear interview for multiple MNC  BPO's in one day and collect offer letter.


Client:- Hewlett Packard (HP)

 Technical Support Engineer:-

 Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over

Phone which involves working in different time zones.

 Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and


 Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database.

 Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a

way that non-technical users understand.

 Flexible to work in shifts

 Good Communication skills are required ( Mandatory)

 CMD (Call Management Dispatch) or DTC

 Handling calls and resolving the queries.


 Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts

 Provide Back end services to Clients

 Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.

 Provide World Class Customer Service.

 End to End Transaction of Reports.

 Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.

 Credit Card Process:-

 Handling inbound/outbound queries from customers of a Banking client by understanding

the need and responding with accurate and efficient online support.

 Handling servicing such as providing a variety of information on the customer’s account

details, payments and other general queries.

 Handling authorization calls from Client’s merchants across locations

 Ability to identify and implement any improvements that may be required in the process

 Constantly updating the records of queries handled
