Position: Service Desk Engineer
Location: Mangalore, Chennai, Pune
Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat
for customer’s end users ·
Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff. ·
Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware /
software / network problem resolution.
Administer and provide User account provisioning.
Use the Incident Management System to document and manage problems and work requests
and their respective resolutions and circumvention's.
Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users; Assign
work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.
Respond to, and diagnose, problems through discussions with users, including problem
recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps;
Provide level 1 remote desktop support and perform other activities based on SOPs . Perform
user account management activities Escalate complex
Eligibility Criteria –
SSC + 3 Years of Polytechnic Diploma :- (Experienced /Fresher’s can also apply)
HSC + 3 Years of Polytechnic Diploma :- (Experienced /Fresher’s can also apply)
Graduation – any Stream :- (Experienced /Fresher’s can also apply)
- Tech/ B.E. Fresher’s are eligible :- (2015 /2016 pass-out
For current year:-
- We can look for candidates who are awaiting their final semester / last year results
- For B.E./B. Tech 2016 candidates:- aggregate percentage till 7th Semester should not
Candidates with excellent communication skills
Should be interested towards working for a Voice based global IT Helpdesk work
Ready to work in 24/7 work environment, mostly evening and night shifts
2 weekly offs, any two days of the week
Job role: Problem and Incident Management from Tech support standpoint.
Fresher – 180000/- (per month INR 10,800/- in hand 12,900 with incentives)
